Court Services Fees Order 2019

On Tuesday, 19th March 2019, the Court Services Fees Order 2019 (SD No. 2019/0098) was laid before Tynwald.  The Order will come into operation on Monday, 1st April 2019.  The court services fees listed under this Order have been increased by 2% (with an element of rounding up of fees to the nearest 50p) (save for low level fees at £10 or less which have not been increased) to maintain value since the Court Services Fees Order 2016 came into operation.
